New users receive 40 credits after registration. They expire after 30 days. This signup gift is not a recurring free monthly allowance; subscribe after it is used or expires.

All plans include scientific figure generation, text editing, region redraw, SVG vectorization, SVG editing, and PNG, JPEG, SVG, and PPTX export. PPTX is converted to editable objects where possible; complex graphics are not guaranteed to remain fully editable.
4K and 8K Access
4K and 8K are available only with Plus and Pro. FigRay checks both the active plan and the credit balance. Credits alone do not unlock these options.

The workspace shows the relevant cost beside each operation. Processing operations charge before work starts and automatically attempt a refund when the provider fails.
Credit Expiration
- registration gift credits expire 30 days after issue;
- monthly plan credits expire 30 days after each allocation;
- purchased credit packs expire 30 days after purchase;
- FigRay consumes credits that expire sooner first;
- expired credits cannot be restored or carried into the next period.
Additional Credit Packs
Credit packs supplement an active subscription. They do not change 4K/8K access or storage capacity.

How Storage Is Counted
Storage is intended to cover current project images, image history, and saved SVG assets. Deleting a project starts cleanup of its associated cloud assets. The project library is working storage rather than the only long-term archive; keep local SVG, PNG, or PPTX copies of important final work.
Storage Limits Are Enforced
Free, Starter, Plus, and Pro limits are 200 MB, 10 GB, 50 GB, and 300 GB. FigRay checks remaining space before upload. Existing files remain available for viewing and deletion after the limit is reached, but new uploads are blocked. After a downgrade, delete files or upgrade again if usage exceeds the new limit.
